1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Reclaim application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any receipts or data you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g., OCR extraction, storage).

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that stored receipts will satisfy legal or tax requirements. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your important documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reclaim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via the App or our website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
